Anti Ballistic Containers
Formec Strutture with Mecoser Sistemi designs, produces, and certifies anti-ballistic containers and modular shelters for military, defense, and high-risk operations, providing robust protection against ballistic threats including handguns, rifles (up to 7.62mm), and fragments.
Available in standard ISO sizes (10′, 20′, 40′) or custom dimensions, units meet EN 1522/1523 FB4–FB7, NIJ equivalents, MIL/STANAG standards, and include CSC/DNV 2.7-1 certifications for global transport by air, sea, or helicopter (C130J, CH47).
Key Features & Protection
Ballistic Resistance: Steel panels (0.5–1 inch thick) with no-spall interiors for safe zones; optional “Blast Proof” upgrades.
Integration: HVAC, ATEX electrics, fire suppression, insulation for -32°C to +55°C, and custom equipment like comms or weaponry mounts.
Mobility: Stackable (9-high), forklift-compatible, with rapid deployment and easy on-site assembly.
