Sound Proofing Containers
Mecoser Sistemi specializes in the design, production, and certification of soundproof containers engineered to contain and reduce noise emissions from generators, air compressors, pumping units, control units, motor pumps, and all applications that require both transportability and effective soundproofing. These units are available in standard ISO sizes (10’, 20’, 30’, 40’, 45’) as well as fully customized dimensions to match specific project requirements.
Containers can be certified for safe handling and transport in accordance with CSC, UIC and/or EN 12079, DNV 2.7-1, DNV 2.7-3, and are designed in compliance with SOLAS/IMO requirements for fire protection in classes A and H. They can also be built to meet “Blast Proof” explosion resistance criteria, ensuring a safe area for critical equipment.
Sandblasting and high-thickness painting cycles are standard, with painting procedures certifiable by NACE or FROSIO inspectors on request. Each unit can be equipped with motorized louvers (also available in ATEX execution), complete electrical systems (including ATEX), fire detection and extinguishing systems, sand filtration, overhead cranes, and any additional equipment or furnishings needed. On request, Mecoser Sistemi can install customer-supplied electrical panels, transformers, battery packs, generators, compressors, and control panels, including all wiring and connections according to client drawings.
